* Inspection: The customer is responsible for inspecting the stone and resolving any issues prior to installation.

RETURN POLICY:

​Returns of slabs and prefab tops will be accepted only if the color matches the current stock.

All returned merchandise must be undamaged and in resalable condition.

Prefab tops (26" x 108") must be returned with their corresponding backsplash.

* All returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of the pick-up/delivery date.
* All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and/or packing list.
* A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
* No returns or refunds will be accepted for promotional items or final sales.
* Ownership and Payment: GMI retains title and legal ownership of the merchandise described herein until payment in full has been received. The customer bears all costs of collection, including attorney's fees.
* Late payments will incur interest at a rate of 5% per month or portion thereof.

Claims: Genuine Materials, Inc. does not recognize any claims after the stone is delivered or installed.
