We provide every GMI customer with a 10 year limited warranty on our Porcelain materials. The option to repair or replace the material is at the sole discretion of Genuine Materials Inc. Please be informed that our material color or design may vary from our website photos or samples. GMI customer is responsible to do a visual inspection of all materials at the time of pick up or delivery. 1. Warranty Coverage Genuine Materials Inc. warrants that all porcelain products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. 2. Warranty Duration This warranty is valid for a limited period of time, 10 years, from the date of purchase. 3. Proper Uses of Porcelain Slabs Porcelain slabs are designed for the following applications: Countertops: Ideal for kitchen and bathroom surfaces due to their durability and resistance to heat and moisture. Backsplashes: Suitable for kitchen and bathroom backsplashes, providing both aesthetic appeal and easy maintenance. Wall Cladding: Can be used for interior and exterior wall applications, offering a stylish and weather-resistant finish. Flooring: Recommended for residential and commercial flooring where high traffic and durability are required.
