1. Promotion Period
   This promotion is valid from October 1st, 2025 to December 31st, 2025 (while supplies last)

2. Eligibility

   • This offer is open to Genuine Materials Trade customers located in the United States only.

   • To qualify for FREE Thinmaxx, only 1 qualifying purchase must be made at full wholesale trade pricing. Orders with special pricing, discounts, or negotiated rates are not eligible for this promotion.

   • Limit: one free trial set per qualifying trade customer during the promotional period.

3. Qualifying Purchases

   • The trial set is available only with the purchase of qualifying porcelain slabs (12mm Porcelain Top or 6mm hybrid slabs).

   • Free trial sets cannot be claimed without an associated qualifying purchase

4. Trial Product Use

   • The ThinMaxx Free Trial set is provided solely for evaluation and testing purposes.

   • Customers may use the trial in fabrication, transportation, or installation testing 12mm Porcelain slab, or 6mm Hybrid Slab

   • Customers agree to follow all installation, handling, and safety guidelines provided by GMI.

5. Feedback Requirement

   • As a condition of the free trial, customers agree to provide feedback, photos, or videos documenting their experience with ThinMaxx.

   • Feedback may be used by GMI for training, product improvement, and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

   • Feedback & Video Uploads must be made online or emailed to account manager. 

6. Limitations & Disclaimer

   • The trial product is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to performance, durability, or suitability for a particular project.

   • GMI makes no guarantee that ThinMaxx will meet all project requirements.

   • GMI shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or costs arising from the use or misuse of the trial product.

7. Additional Terms​

   • Genuine Materials Inc. reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
